Ira...our funny  (HE IS A HOOT) friend!  I feel pretty doggone sure that you would feel better having your own bouquet of roses...so, this single (better...yes?) long stemmed red rose simply represents "The Ira Wood Bouquet"!!!  RIP friend...

Ira was a true friend. I wasn't in the US when he died, but I believe it was in 1969 while I was in Vietnam. Everyone who knew him can remember his big smile and infectious personality. Anyone know where Margie is today. Rest in Peace, Ira.

Well, Ira, ol buddy, I have to say skipping class with you (and getting caught) was one of my more "memorable" experiences, espicially because we almost ran the Principal  Wood? off the road.

I did enjoy spending 5 days with the janitor in the basement.  Wherever you are, rest in peace.

Ira and I were really good friends.  We could talk to each other about anything.  I valued our friendship and have thought of him so many times over the years.  God Bless you..
